How the OnLine Store Works
A secure shopping cart is provided for ease of ordering and
security of saftey.
To place an order with
BlackHills.com/Sturgis-Rally.com, simply follow these steps:
- Please be sure to "refresh" your browser and bookmarks of our site
often as we update the website regularly. Second select the items catagory
by clicking on the button the describes the item you are looking for. (I.E.
"T-Shirts", "Leather", etc.)
- When you find the item you want to order, click on the price pull
down menu, which will allow you to choose the size you need.
- If there are there options listed (Ex. Some items come with different
choices of colors) then click on the pull down menu which will then show you
the different options. Failure to do so will result in the delay of your
order as well as possible additional charges.
- You may order more than one of the same item by typing in the
quantity desired in the small box that automatically has a "1" in it.
- Now that you have chosen the options, simply click on the button on
the right side of the item's information.
- Continue until you have placed each item that you wish to order in
your Shopping Cart.
- When you are ready to place the order you may click on the Link
towards the top of the page that says "Review Cart", - OR - Click on the
picture of the Blue Shopping Cart at the bottom of the page.
- Review the items you have placed into your shopping cart. Please
double check addresses, sizes, colors, and quantities, as some items in our
store have several options available. Failure to do so will result in the
delay of your order as well as possible additional charges.
- If you change your mind about an item, you can simply click on the
button that says "Remove" that is under that items information. This will
effectively remove that item from your shopping cart.
- Our basic shipping is done via Airborne Express & Federal Express
Ground Services. Federal Express Ground is Not
available to APO/FPO, P.O. boxes, U.S. Territories, Hawaii, Alaska, and most
international addresses. For Any address out side the continental U.S. for
your shipping option please select US Postal Air Mail or US Global Priority
Mail as many different regulations and restrictions apply. If you
choose incorrectly or do not choose we will choose the less expensive route
for you and additional charges may apply. Please contact us for a custom
quote to find out more about your options.
- If your order is correct then simply continue on until you come to
the section where you can type in your information, payment instructions,
shipping instructions, and any other information that may be necessary to
complete your order.Additional copies of your order are available upon
request. Any changes to your order must be made within 24 hours of placing
your order otherwise corrections can not be guaranteed.
- If you are having trouble placing your credit card order the
verification number is on the back or front of the card and is usually 3 or
4 digits long. Also please be sure to enter the billing addressess as the
same address that your credit card statment comes to.
All Orders are sent are insured for the full purchase price.

We do not accept International
Personal Cheques, Please send a Bank Money Order in U.S.Dollars, All Credit
Cards from Outside the United States are subject to verification.
We do not process any orders on the weekends and
we observe most US National Holidays. Therefore if you place your order on
Saturday, it will not be shipped until the following Monday or Tuesday at the
soonest. Sometimes may require even a little longer.
Ask Us A
customers that use AOL will experience difficulties when you "Review your
Cart" and then go back into the OnLine Store. If this happens to you, simply
log off of the site and log back on to start over. This happens because AOL
uses Proxy Servers that gathers the page into a special computer and then
transfers the page to your system instead of the pages being transferred
directly to your system.
